If you decide to return any items you've purchased, please consider the following:

  • All returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or any missing items upon arrival.
  • All returns must be in original, unwashed and unworn, condition.
  • Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
  • Additional non-refundable items: Gift Cards, Downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
  • Please include your order number in any email regarding returned merchandise.
  • Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you're returning an item that was given to you as a GIFT and you are NOT the original buyer, please let us know. We can exchange gifts for other items of equal or lesser value based on their availability. If any, please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.



All items purchased from are sold and shipped from the USA. International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.

International shipments can vary depending on the destination country. ships primarily through the United States Post Office, or UPS and can only provide tracking information while merchandise is in country of shipping origin. Once an international order has left the country of origin, USA, all inquiries about said order must be taken up with local customs and parcel delivery services.



Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. Any duties and taxes will not have to be paid again during the exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 days.


Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at so that we can process your request.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


Shipping & policy

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
